The roof, which is covered in canvas, is beginning to come apart at the seams and in the back small holes have formed.Ī swing of the doors and we are greeted with brown mohair covering the door panels. 19-inch wooden spoked wheels are all around and a spare with no interior wheel is hanging off the back. A solid running board attaches the two and looks to have been the most recent restoration completed on this car. These fenders show some dents and dings as well as a few areas of corrosion into the paint which is black for these fenders. Rounded fenders and a running board in the center are attached to either side. All metal is bathed in dark green paint which is very well worn and showing a few areas of some rust beginning to invade it. Keeping it simple, a fairly utilitarian grille surround is flankled by a single large round headlight on either side, chromed turn signal lights at the back of the cowl, and a rear-view mirror hanging off the front windshield sunshade are the only chromed attachments to this car. Looking much like its sister production car the Whippet, this Falcon-Knight Model 12 Tourer offers up a nice sized car with the cowled hood, canvas topped, exterior fender and running board construction. The interior will need some attention, and the Knight sleeve valve engine is currently not running.

Overall, in good condition with some rust spots, rust through on the roof, and an overall patina finish for the paint. Except for the engine, much of the car is actually the same as the Model 93A Whippet with many parts being interchangeable.įor consignment, a barn find version of the 1928 Falcon-Knight Model 12.
